1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NuStar Flood Adjuster Academy ("NuStar") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services

NuStar provides:

• Online flood adjuster training (the Classroom Academy and related courses)
• Free community access via the NuStar Skool community
• One-on-one coaching sessions with Mike Mendiola
• Free webinars and downloadable resources

3. Enrollment, payment, and refunds

Course access is granted upon successful payment via Stripe or approved financing partner. Refund eligibility is described on the enrollment page at the time of purchase and may vary by course. Coaching sessions, once scheduled, follow the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, slides, templates, and written content are the intellectual property of NuStar Flood Adjuster Academy. You may use them for your personal training. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

NuStar Flood Adjuster Academy is an independent training company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), FEMA, or any government agency. Completion of our training does not guarantee deployment, certification, or employment.

6. Limitation of liability

NuStar provides training "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State to be confirmed by NuStar], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
