Should I book a call before I enroll, or just enroll?
Either works. Most adjusters who already know they want flood training just enroll and dive in. If you've got specific questions about your situation — licensing, financing, career path — grab 15 minutes with Mike first. There's no wrong door.
Do you offer payment plans?

What if I'm not licensed yet — can I still enroll?
Absolutely. Plenty of students enroll while still finishing their license. You'll be deployment-ready the moment your license clears.
How long does it take to complete the Academy?
Most students finish the core curriculum in 4–6 weeks at their own pace. Your three 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Mike get scheduled around your progress.
Do you place adjusters with carriers after the program?
We don't place you directly, but Module 07 walks through the exact deployment-readiness and carrier roster strategy our deployed adjusters use. The community is full of working adjusters who share opportunities every week.
What's your refund policy?
We want students who are serious about getting deployed. If the Academy isn't the right fit, reach out directly and we'll make it right. Specific terms are spelled out at checkout.
